Community Engagement Strategy
The Oloye field Community Engagement strategy is aimed at forging a mutually beneficial partnership with the host communities in the riverine areas of Delta State. Our community engagement strategy includes pre-development, development, and field operations phase community development initiatives which include regular stakeholder engagements, joint needs assessment, and empowerment programs focused on youths and women. We are committed to being creative in aiding host communities by aligning their needs with our support programs, and we plan to provide opportunities for competent suppliers in the host communities to provide services to the RAPDC operations logistic base and the field operations locations. As an indigenous E&P company, we are fully committed to engaging and supporting our host communities while we extract hydrocarbons from the assigned license area.

Health, Safety & Environmental
Community Engagement Strategy
We have a comprehensive Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) policy based on our drive to take proper care of our employees, stakeholders and the environment. Our environmental stewardship commitment will form the cardinal basis of our environmental plans. We plan to operate Oloye responsibly and safely and abide by all environmental regulations and proactively monitor and protect the environment during development and production operations.
Environmental Survey and Assessment
We have completed a two-season environmental survey that covers wet and dry seasons samplings, onshore and host community stakeholder engagement sessions. Laboratory analysis of the samplings have been completed, resulting in a draft Environmental Baseline Report already submitted for review and approval by the regulatory authorities.
Environmental Monitoring and Reporting
Following the start of operations, we will be strictly performing environmental monitoring and reporting as required by applicable regulations.
